Fostering Unity and Growth in our Community

Welcome to

Stortford Fields Community Management Trust

Stortford Fields, Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire, is a new community of 2,200 homes by developers Taylor Wimpey, Vistry, Persimmon and Tilia known as the Bishops Stortford North Consortium (BSNC). Alongside the new homes there will be brand new facilities including two new schools, a local neighbourhood centre, sports facilities, a mixed-use community building, allotments and a community garden, play areas and green open spaces.

Stortford Fields Community Management Trust (SFCMT) was established in July 2023 to own, manage and protect community buildings and spaces for the benefit of residents and the wider community. It’s owned and led by the community, responding to local needs, to shape the future at Stortford Fields. The Trust will be applying for charity status.
